Welcome to Tam’s Glass. By using this website and/or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). Please read them carefully.

  • All content on this website, including text, images, and designs, is the property of Tam’s Glass unless otherwise stated.

  • Tam’s Glass reserves the right to update these T&C at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.

  • These T&C are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. Products and Services

  • Products: All glassware, decorations, and DIY kits are handmade. Variations in size, color, or finish may occur and are part of the uniqueness of handmade items.

  • Workshops & Consultancy: Workshops and consultancy services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Full payment may be required at the time of booking.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments, PayPal, or SumUp.

  • Tam’s Glass reserves the right to cancel any order if payment fails or if the product/service is unavailable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • UK shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

  • Tam’s Glass is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged items during shipping. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for details regarding product and workshop cancellations.

  • DIY Kits cannot be returned or refunded once opened.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, branding, images, and materials are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Liability

  • Tam’s Glass provides products and services “as is.” While we aim for high quality, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Workshops involve tools and glass; participants are responsible for their own safety and personal items.
