Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless stated that they are made to order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

I use 2nd Class Royal Mail on all deliveries, to enable tracking after delivery is attempted

Standard UK Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express UK Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If you require quicker delivery, please get in touch.

Packaging & Handling

All glass products are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. DIY kits and workshops are shipped in secure boxes to maintain product integrity.

Lost or Damaged Items

Tam’s Glass is not liable for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage so we can assist with a resolution.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may not be available for all international shipments.

Legal Disclaimer

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery location and shipping method chosen. Shipping costs include a small fee for packaging and handling.
I aim to keep these costs as low as possible to ensure you receive value for money.
