Refund & Returns Policy

At Tam’s Glass, I want you to be happy with your order. Please read the guidelines below to understand how refunds and returns work for workshops and products.

1. Fused Glass Workshops

Booking and Payment

All workshop bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking via Wix Payments, PayPal, or Sum-Up.

Cancellations by You (the Customer)

  • More than 14 days before the workshop: Full refund or credit for a future workshop.

  • 7–14 days before the workshop: 50% refund or credit for a future workshop.

  • Less than 7 days before the workshop: No refund, but you may transfer your place to another person with prior notice.

Cancellations by Tam’s Glass

If a workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, venue issues, or government restrictions), you will receive a full refund or a credit to reschedule. Notifications will be sent as soon as possible by email.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used to book. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Changes to Workshop Dates

If a workshop is fully booked or rescheduled, you may transfer your booking to another available date with prior notice.

What’s Not Covered

Travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to cancellation; personal items damaged during the workshop.

2. Products (Including Glass Items and Decorations)

Satisfaction Guarantee

I want you to be happy with your order! If for any reason you’re not, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned in their original condition.

Returns

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Once I’ve received and checked the item, I will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Exceptions – DIY Kits

DIY Kits cannot be returned or refunded, as they are classed as craft supplies and cannot be resold once opened.
