About me
Welcome to Tam’s Glass, where creativity meets the coastal beauty of Cornwall

Crafting beauty
Growing up surrounded by the rugged coastlines, vibrant sea, and ever-changing skies, I’ve always drawn inspiration from nature. My passion for layering colours and textures led me to explore the art of fused glass—an outlet that brought me calm, freedom, and joy.
After studying a BA (Hons) in Glass, Architectural Glass & Print, I wandered around the UK, decorating homes and exploring creative projects, before settling to build both a family and a workshop in my garden. Yet Cornwall has always called me back, and its vivid colours, layered textures, and coastal energy continue to influence every piece I make.
But my story isn’t only about glass. Alongside my creative practice, I’ve built a career in People Operations—working with teams to solve problems, design better systems, and help individuals thrive. At first, these paths felt separate. Over time, I realised they were deeply connected: both glass and people work are about transformation. Whether I’m firing glass into something new or helping a team reshape how they work, I’m driven by the same belief—that creativity and structure together can bring clarity, wellbeing, and energy.

I believe art, work, and wellbeing don’t have to be separate—they can inspire and strengthen one another. So whether you’re here for a unique gift, a creative experience, or to explore how I can support your team, I invite you to be part of this journey.

That's why today, I offer both:
-
Handmade fused glass pieces that bring joy and colour into daily life.
-
Workshops and wellbeing experiences that use creativity to reset and reconnect.
-
People Operations consultancy that supports businesses in building thoughtful, resilient, human-centred systems.
Thank you for being here
