• Creative suncatchers are great for wellbeing, staff social or or team building event for your employees  to encourage creativity and connection
• Teams can combine reflective journaling, creative exercises, and system reset activities at their own pace.

• Price: £35 per person + P&P
• Workshop duration: self-paced (approx. 2 hours suggested)
• Group size: flexible
• Materials: Everything supplied in the box
• Care: Follow included instructions for setup and cleanup

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Fused Glass Workshops

1. Booking and Payment

All workshop bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments, PayPal, or SumUp.

2. Cancellations by You (the Customer)

• More than 14 days before the workshop: Full refund or credit for a future workshop.

• 7–14 days before the workshop: 50% refund or credit for a future workshop.

• Less than 7 days before the workshop: No refund, but you may transfer your place to another person with prior notice.

Note: We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.

3. Cancellations by Us (the Workshop Host)

If we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, venue issues, or government restrictions):

• You will receive a full refund of the workshop fee or a credit to reschedule for another date.

• We will notify you as soon as possible by email.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used to book.

• Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Changes to Workshop Dates

• We may offer alternative dates if a workshop is fully booked or rescheduled.

• You can transfer your booking to another available date with prior notice.

6. What’s Not Covered

• Travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to cancellation.

• Damage to personal items brought to the workshop.
