Product Description

During this relaxed and friendly session, you’ll learn how to safely handle and design with glass, layering and arranging different colours and textures to form your own glass artwork.
Your finished piece will be kiln-fired after the class in my Wiltshire studio, then returned ready to hang  in your home or garden or place on your mantelpiece or in a window.

Choose from popular themes such as:

  • 🌈 Rainbow Freestyle – vibrant and expressive

  • 🌸 Flower Garden – nature-inspired texture and colour

This workshop is perfect for individuals, friends, or small groups, and can also be booked privately for team wellbeing or creative away days. (Please see my other listings)

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Fused Glass Workshops

1. Booking and Payment

All workshop bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments, PayPal, or SumUp.

2. Cancellations by You (the Customer)

  • More than 14 days before the workshop: Full refund or credit for a future workshop.

  • 7–14 days before the workshop: 50% refund or credit for a future workshop.

  • Less than 7 days before the workshop: No refund, but you may transfer your place to another person with prior notice.

Note: We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.

3. Cancellations by Us (the Workshop Host)

If we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, venue issues, or government restrictions):

  • You will receive a full refund of the workshop fee or a credit to reschedule for another date.

  • We will notify you as soon as possible by email.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used to book.

  • Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Changes to Workshop Dates

  • We may offer alternative dates if a workshop is fully booked or rescheduled.

  • You can transfer your booking to another available date with prior notice.

6. What’s Not Covered

  • Travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to cancellation.

  • Damage to personal items brought to the workshop.
